Hello Everyone!
Friday Roundup – October 22, 2021
Last weekend I had a significant breakthrough that led to several pivotal discussions – in both my business and personal lives. I discovered that I need people more than I need my anger. This realization has resonated within my bones for days – ringing true across all my relationships. At the core of this discovery is the knowledge that ‘I need people’. I need people like I need food, air, and water.
I’m grateful for this knowledge and must remember it whenever I get angry and resentful.
Our inventory is stuck in the harbor of LA. However, that is not the reason for the slow start of our sales. I’m stuck in a Red Zone and struggling to take the next sales steps necessary to move Pallas Pens to the next level. I’m certain the inventory that is floating in the LA harbor would magically arrive at our warehouse as soon as my partner and I come out of our fear.
Make no mistakes, we are stuck in fear, and moving the company forward is going to require getting off our asses and putting our egos at risk.
I’ll keep you posted as to how it goes.

The Money Mastery course was completed this week and I could not be more proud of the team. They really pushed through difficult problems with courage and promise. Every member is tooled up with the skills and knowledge to take their wealth to the next level.
Good job!
Every day I post a new one-minute video. Topics range from simple suggestions to the deep, philosophical ideas I ponder throughout the day. All are rooted in the premise that higher self-worth is the basis of all advancement and the core of a great life. Here are the social links:

Sleep, Meditation, and Mental Health
Between last week’s courses and this week’s vacation to Mammoth Lakes, CA my sleep is a little unregulated. This blows back into my life and my thinking, which affects my progress and decisions. However, I am getting 7 hours minimum and that is a baseline. If I get less sleep, I come apart pretty rapidly.
Meditation is consistent, finding 20 minutes every day except Friday (today) which I overslept. Again, needed to catch up on sleep.
NEW – Listening to Sonic Yogi on Insight Time – Excellent and you can find him here.
Sayings I Heard This Week
“From burrito cook to top sales rep – what a trip.” – Jimmy
“Join me – Here in the eye of the hurricane.” – Lord Huron
“There is no wheel without the hub.” – Carole

Hello Everyone!
Friday Roundup – October 9, 2021
Before we get into it, last week I was on vacation in Bozeman, MT fly fishing. It was a bucket list trip and one I’ll never forget. Three rivers in three days. Here’s the LinkedIn post with a nice trout!
Last week was dedicated to working out the bugs in our website. Lots of issues with shipping and taxes. The back-end systems are critical for long-term success and we needed to get them right. We way underestimated the amount of work needed to nail the sit. Learn from us!
Our patents are moving along nicely. We filed in the US, EU, and China. We get a lot of comments about manufacturing in China, mostly negative, which has not been our experience. The Chinese are amazing and very good at what they do. Our manufacturer is excellent. We are happy with our products.

It is clear the value of this course is WAY WAY more than what we charged. All the MasterMind members are blowing the doors off their financial lives in only four weeks. It is truly amazing to see this in action. I encourage you to join the next one!

Sleep, Meditation, and Mental Health
Sleep has been excellent the last few weeks. Between getting up at 5 am, working out, eating clean food, and hitting the sack by 9:30 pm, I feel amazing. What is even more amazing is how much my mental state is affected by my physical wellbeing. I knew this before but it has really hit home for me. The better I take care of my body the better my mental and emotional state.
Who knew?
Costco Cauliflower Pizza – So good and 300 calories for a 1/4 of the pizza!
Raw Pecans – Low carbs and calories, nice healthy snack.
Three times a year I sit down with for an Akashic Records Reading with Anne Marie Pizarro from Body Energy Connection. Anne is my guide into the Akashic Records and is truly gifted as a connection to source information. If you’ve never experienced an Akashic Records reading, set an appointment with Anne and you will not be disappointed.
Sayings I Heard This Week
“Have a beginner’s mindset.” – A monk
“You can do, be, have anything you want. However, you cannot circumvent the necessary suffering to achieve it.” – Hanna
“Believers and supporters surround me.” – RB Christiansen
“I love who I am.” – Jeff Hauser

Hello Everyone!
Friday Roundup – September 24, 2021
Side Hustles
Pallas Pens – $300 in sales!
Devon Wayt (my business partner and co-founder of Pallas Pens) and I are super excited to have sold $300 of Pallas Pens in the first week! Woo Hoo! Feedback continues to be exceptional.
Social media is our main marketing engine. We are in flight building our marketing strategy and YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram are the main platforms.

Money Mastery Course – The Self-Worth Mastermind Series is in its second week and we really dug into the tactics of organizing bank accounts and how to create pathways for money flow. The cohort is exceptionally transparent – meaning they are getting real about their finances and demonstrating exceptional courage.
Daily Videos – Every day I post a new one-minute video. Topics range from simple suggestions to the deep, philosophical ideals I ponder throughout the day. All are rooted in the premise that higher self-worth is the basis of all advancement and the core of a great life. Here are the social links:

Sleep, Meditation, and Mental Health
Lots of crazy-ass dreams. Woke up one night at 2 am and could not get back to sleep. Was able to get an hour before the day started, but wow!
I am practicing my mediation every day, however, this week has been a fight with my phone. I pick it up and look at an app and the next thing you know, I’m looped into bullshit I don’t care about and meditation is much more difficult. The commitment is to the practice, and that means focusing on the commitment, not my phone! Will do better.
Eating and Drinking
Week 6 of intermittent fasting – lost 10 pounds and feeling good. The hunger urges are amazing to witness. The physical addiction to sugar and starch (potatoes, french fries, etc) simply overtakes me and I literally must stop what I am doing, breathe, and wait for it to pass.
I wish this was not the case. However, there is a part of my psyche that does not want me to succeed – to stay stuck in a body I do not like.
My experience tells me that I need to make this a 90-day routine, practiced every day until my subconscious knows it is the new normal. After 90-days, it should let up a bit.
Sayings I Heard This Week
“Doubt or unbelief is as certain to start a movement away from you as faith and purpose are to start one toward you.” – Wallace Wattles, The Science of Getting Rich.
“I must be willing to be uncomfortable, it is the price of success.” – Unknown
“I am no longer a victim of my thinking.” – Robert Christiansen
