90 Days to Higher Self-Worth – Week 1

In this podcast series, I dive into my new workbook – 90 Days to Higher Self-Worth.  If you do not have the workbook, go to and order it directly.  You need the physical paperback workbook because it contains the exercises you use to raise your self-worth. You will write in the workbook throughout this podcast series, so having a Kindle or Audible version will not work.  You must have the workbook.

Also, I highly recommend that you learn the theory and technology of self-worth by reading or listening to “The Bug In Our Brain,” available on Amazon, Kindle, and Audible.  These are available at  With both these resources, you will have a solid grasp of the methods and techniques I use to raise self-worth and achieve the life of your dreams.

Today, I kick off the series with Week 1 of 90 Days to Higher Self-Worth.

The workbook is divided into three sections.  Each section is divided into weeks, and each week is divided into days.  Each section, week, and the day has exercises and readings.

You must read from the workbook and do the exercises daily.  The total time commitment is approximately 8 – 10 minutes per day.  You can do the exercises in the morning (which is my personal preference), or you can spread them out over the morning.  Do not postpone doing the exercises as the effects diminish later in the day.

If you forget to do your exercises, do not despair.  Go to the workbook and pick up where you left off.  Even if it has been a couple of days, pick up where you left off.  It may take you 110 days to complete the exercises.  The key to success is completing all 90 Days.

Assessment of Self-Worth

In this podcast, I introduce the Self-Worth Assessment. In the back of the workbook is a section called Assessment. The Assessment section offers you a simple method of grading your self-worth at this moment.  Remember, you and only you determine self-worth.  No one can tell you what your self-worth is, only you can grade and determine your self-worth.  Using this tool, you’ll be able to grade your worthiness and use it as a reference when you complete the 90 Days.

How to Level Up in 2022

Raising our self-worth is the most important commitment we can make this year.  When we raise our self-worth, we find more confidence and motivation to pursue our goals and move to the next level of our lives.  Self-worth is the foundation, the roots of all advancement.  Think about it – why would you pursue a goal if you didn’t believe you deserved it?  You wouldn’t.  Moreover, if you did attain a goal and found the experience undesirable, you would not work to keep the rewards of the goal.

High self-worth is the power to eliminate self-destructive behavior and negative self-talk.  Using the simple practices outlined in this podcast, you change the foundational language and emotions about what you believe you are and why you matter.  These change your decisions and actions to the positive, which leads to a much better life.

Body language is the dominant form of communication in business and in our personal lives.  It reveals our true emotions and tells others what we really think about them and the situation.   As a person who understands the power of self-worth and how to use it to level up your life, delivering the right body language is critical.

In this podcast, Robert Christiansen breaks down five critical body language mistakes people make in business and relationships.  These include:

How to Rewire Your Brain with Bob Doyle

Bob Doyle is an Executive Coach and the  CEO of Boundless Living. Over the past 20 years, Bob has been helping people work with the Law of Attraction and transform their lives. He is best known for his role as a Law of Attraction expert and coach in the movie, The Secret. Since 1998, Bob has taught the principles of personal transformation through programs, live events, podcasts, coaching, and writing. Though still grounded in the Law of Attraction, Bob’s focus has shifted from the metaphysical aspects to the brain’s role in the process of reality creation.

Bob joins the Motive For Life podcast to explain the relationship between the brain’s neuroplasticity and manifestation. He describes why it’s difficult for many people to transform their lives and discusses why the Law of Attraction doesn’t work for many people. He also shares the steps you can take toward changing your brain’s wiring and underscores the importance of being non-negotiable about the kind of person you want to become.

This week on The Model FA Podcast:

  • Why Bob shifted his focus away from the Law of Attraction to the brain’s power to create reality
  • How meaning drives us into action
  • Why rewire your brain and what makes personal transformation happen
  • What makes personal transformation difficult and why people fail at the Law of Attraction
  • What it means to manifest on autopilot
  • Why Bob thinks it’s a waste of time to convince people about the Law of Attraction
